The Municipality is always working on various construction projects on our roads and in our parks so that residents can enjoy a high quality of life. What is not as noticeable are the studies undertaken behind the scenes, which guide the Municipality in its decision-making. Throughout the year, we host Public Information Centres to present community design plans, concepts, and other drawings to Clarington residents outlining proposed improvements to areas around Clarington.
As our community grows, municipal staff work hard to assist and facilitate sustainable development and construction, including applications for land use development and change. Learn more about the current development proposals in your neighbourhood.
