We strive to provide affordable recreation programs for our residents. To make sure everyone has access to recreation, we offer financial assistance programs for select programs and services based on eligibility criteria.
The Fee Assistance Program provides a $300 credit per person toward Community Services registered activities, memberships or 10-ticket passes. Those within 25 per cent of Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) rates receive $200 credit per person.

The credit is valid for one calendar year from the date the application is approved. The credit is non-transferable and cannot be carried over to the next application year. Fee assistance does not include any extra costs of materials or supplies for programs. All family members who live in the household must be listed on the application. If any person does not wish to receive subsidy they may check the opt out box. |

All supporting documents must be from the current tax year. Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support Program must be from the current month. The Canadian Tire Jumpstart program assists children four to 18 years of age who live in Clarington with the opportunity to participate in sports and active recreational activities. Complete the application online, or contact any of our recreation facilities for more information.
