Agendas
The Clerk's Division posts meeting agendas on the Council Meeting Calendar by noon on the Friday before a regular meeting. Special meeting agendas are posted at least 24 hours before the meeting. For a printed copy of an agenda, please contact the Clerk's Division.

View all agendas, by-laws, minutes and reports for meetings held before September 9, 2019. All documents are fully searchable and can be exported to PDF or viewed in plain text.
Some Council and Committee meetings also have audio recordings, which you can access online. These audio recordings are located in the same folder as the minutes for each meeting.

Although we have all of our by-laws online (over 13,000), our frequently requested by-laws have been compiled on their own page.
