GHD has submitted applications on behalf of Your Home Developments (Bowmanville) Inc. for an official plan and zoning by-law amendment to permit the development of 446 dwelling units, including one 10-storey apartment building, one 12-storey apartment building and two four-storey townhouse buildings.
The subject lands are municipally known as 1525-1585 Bowmanville Avenue and are located along the east side of Bowmanville Avenue. The land has a total area of 1.39 hectares and frontage of approximately 121 metres.
