Holland Homes submitted a subdivision and zoning by-law amendment application to permit the development of 63 lots, including 48 street-related townhouse units and 14 single-detached dwellings. One lot is proposed to be retained for the existing heritage dwelling. The site area is approximately 2.4 hectares (5.9 acres).
A Statutory Public Meeting will be scheduled at a later date to present the proposal to the Planning and Development Committee and to hear feedback from the public. Please also note that comments on the proposal can be submitted at any time to the contact below.
