Tribute (Courtice) Limited has submitted draft plan of subdivision and rezoning applications to permit 236 residential units, including 136 single-detached dwellings, 32 semi-detached dwellings and 68 townhouse dwellings. The plan also includes future development blocks, one adjacent to Bloor Street, a school block, park block, open space and a stormwater management block.
