Nash Developments Limited (Marlin Spring) has submitted a Temporary Use Zoning By-law Amendment to permit a Temporary Sales Office. The proposed sales office will help coordinate home sales for the Phase 1 development site located on the northwest corner of Nash and Hancock Road. The accompanying Site Plan application addresses the site plan details.
