The Farewell Heights Secondary Plan Area is approximately 107 hectares in size and is generally located east of Tooley Road, south of Pebblestone Road, west of Courtice Road, and north of the Adelaide Avenue extension. The secondary plan area is currently comprised of a variety of uses, including agricultural, residential, commercial, and natural features, such as woodlots, wetlands and Farewell Creek.
The Farewell Heights Secondary Plan will provide more detailed direction for this specific area regarding land uses, transportation, infrastructure, natural heritage, phasing and urban design.
Background reports have been finalized to wrap-up phase one of the Farewell Heights Secondary Plan, and are posted below for public review and comment.

Phase 1 Background Reports |
The Phase 1 Background Reports provide an inventory and analysis of land use, built form, natural features, transportation, and servicing in the Farewell Heights Secondary Plan study area. The findings of these technical reports will be used as the basis for understanding opportunities and constraints for development.
