What’s open and closed this Canada Day weekend in Clarington

Saturday, June 29 and Sunday, June 30:

• Recreation facilities will be open during regularly scheduled hours. Programs will take place as scheduled. Visit www.clarington.net/Drop-In to view our drop-in activities.
• Clarington Animal Shelter will be open for regular hours.

Monday, July 1:

• Diane Hamre Recreation Complex and Orono Park Pool will be open from noon to 5 p.m.
• Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex Hall and washrooms will be open from 5 to 10 p.m. for Canada Day celebrations. The remainder of the facility will remain closed, and regular programs will be cancelled.
• The Municipal Administrative Centre, Clarington Animal Shelter, and all other recreation facilities will be closed.

Service requests, complaints, and emergencies will still be attended to. Municipal Law Enforcement Officers will be on duty throughout the long weekend.
