Lost pet services
If your pet goes missing, sign into your online account and report them lost. Local partners and members of the Pet Brigade (pet owners in your community who have agreed to help find lost pets) will be alerted via email. An alert message is also prominently displayed on the homepage of the local DocuPet website and posted on DocuPet's social media accounts.
Online pet profiles
The online profile allows you to store secondary contact information, additional pet information and a photo of your pet. All of this information is linked to your pet's tag using a unique ID code. You control what information is visible to the public through your privacy settings.
Local rewards program
DocuPet will send every licensed pet owner two Rewards Cards that gains them access to deals offered exclusively to DocuPet Rewards Card holders in Clarington!
Improved pet tags
Your new tag has a unique ID code that is specific to your pet and the Municipality of Clarington. This tag links to your pet's online profile through the unique ID code. Each pet owner will have the option of selecting from two different tag sizes to make sure you get the proper fit for your furry friend!
The Municipality sets licence fees in an effort to provide incentives to our responsible pet owners. Pet licences expire one year from the date of purchase.
