Durham Region Transit (DRT) offers seamless travel within Durham Region and convenient connections to GO Transit services for inter-regional travel. All DRT buses are equipped with bike racks to make longer rides easier. Durham Region Transit's Specialized Services provide accessible transit service for persons with disabilities. The Transit Assistance Program helps make transit affordable for Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support Program clients.

GO Transit (rail and bus) offers regular service to most communities in the Greater Toronto Area with bus service in Clarington and rail service starting in Oshawa. Presto cards are available for purchase online or at Go Transit Ticket Agencies.
VIA Rail offers daily passenger service to major cities across Canada with the nearest station being in Oshawa.
Carpool lots
Carpool lots are available at Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex , Courtice Community Complex , South Courtice Arena and the Bowmanville Indoor Soccer Facility. These locations are convenient and close to major transportation routes. They are also close to GO Transit and Durham Regional Transit.
Dedicated parking spaces have been set aside for carpooling with dedicated times.
