Proposed development

A site plan application has been submitted by Kaitlin Corporation, on behalf of Newcastle Harbourview Ltd., to develop a four-and-a-half-storey multi-unit residential building. The building consists of 95 residential units and approximately 200 square metres of commercial space facing Lakebreeze Drive. The plan also includes a second floor landscaped rooftop terrace and provides both indoor and surface parking. This is the last phase to construct this development block in the Newcastle Waterfront area.
