Biddle & Associates Ltd. has submitted Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment applications on behalf of 1494339 Ontario Limited to permit the development of seven two-storey single-detached dwellings. Two lots would front onto Ireland Street, and five lots would front onto Lyle Drive. The site area is approximately 0.29 hectares (0.72 acres).
A Statutory Public Meeting will be scheduled at a later date to present the proposal to the Planning and Development Committee and to hear feedback from the public. Comments on the proposal can be submitted at any time to the contact below.
