D.G. Biddle & Associates has submitted a subdivision and zoning by-law amendment application on behalf of 1494339 Ontario Ltd. (Woodland Homes) to permit the development of a total of 69 townhouse units, including 37 street-related townhouse units and 32 common-element townhouse units. The proposal also includes open space lands, a park and a stormwater management pond. The site area is approximately 7.07 hectares (17.47 acres).
A Statutory Public Meeting will be scheduled at a future date to present the proposal to the Planning and Development Committee and to hear feedback from the public. Comments on the proposal can be submitted at any time using the contact information below.
