If you have an existing building permit application in progress, create a new account using the email address you used on your initial permit application. If you are unable to see your past applications, email BuildingPermits@clarington.net and staff will assist with linking your past applications to your new online account.

Demolition permits are required for all buildings greater than 10 square metres (108 square feet), with the exception of farm buildings.
