Lost Heritage Properties

There are heritage resources that have been lost over time. Loss can be due to neglect, demolition or major infrastructure projects. For instance, a number of heritage resources were lost as part of Highway 407 construction. These resources have been documented through evaluation reports. 

In other locations heritage resources have been lost through attrition or abandonment.
