North Lakes Developments & Construction has submitted applications on behalf of 13296415 Canada Corporation for a Zoning By-law Amendment at 53 Liberty Street North, Bowmanville.
The proposal conforms to Clarington's Official Plan requirements for this area and seeks to facilitate the construction of a 7-unit, 3-storey apartment building in Bowmanville.
The total site area is 766 square metres (0.07 hectares) in size.
B.G. Biddle & Associates has submitted applications on behalf of 100801308 Ontario Inc. for a Zoning By-law Amendment at 221 Liberty Street North, Bowmanville.
The proposal conforms to Clarington's Official Plan requirements for this area and seeks to facilitate the creation of five lots in Bowmanville.
Modo Bowmanville Urban Towns Ltd. and Modo Bowmanville Towns Ltd. have submitted applications for an Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment, and Draft Plan of Subdivision at 2050, 2078, 2098 Green Road & 279 Boswell Drive in Bowmanville.
