Residents can also make a monetary donation by scanning the QR code posted near the bins.

Feed the Need in Durham's most needed items include:

• Canned protein (tuna, salmon, canned meat, baked beans, peanut butter, etc.)
• Breakfast food (oatmeal, cereal, jam, syrup, pancake mix, etc.)
• Canned fruits and vegetables (pasta sauce, canned veggies, canned fruit, etc.)
• Hygiene items (shampoo, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
• Healthy snacks (granola bars, juice boxes, fruit cups, apple sauce, crackers, etc.)
