Fall into fun with Clarington recreation programs. Our affordable and exciting recreation, fitness, 55+ Active Adults and swimming programs are a great way to meet new people, learn new skills, and have fun this fall.

Registration starts Wednesday, September 4, at 7 a.m. We encourage you to set aside some time for registration due to the high demand.

New this fall!

• Kids Zumba – A new cardio dance workout for kids ages six to 13.
• Body Weight Outdoor Workout – Try South Courtice Arena’s new outdoor fitness equipment. An instructor will guide you through using the equipment for a full-body strength and cardio workout.
• Country Line Dancing Workshop – Learn the basics of line dancing in this two-hour workshop at Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex.
• Age Wise, Eat Right, Feel Right - Nutrition Education Series - Our new 55+ Active Adult cooking classes, educational series, and Nutrition and Wellness Day aim to equip seniors with knowledge, resources, and tools to manage their nutrition and wellness. The Nutrition Education Series is funded by a Seniors Community Grant from the Province of Ontario’s Ministry for Seniors and Accessibility.
