Celebrate the all-new outdoor amenities at South Courtice Arena with free family fun!

Mark your calendars and join us for an afternoon of free family fun on September 21 from 3 to 6 p.m., as we celebrate the all-new outdoor amenities at South Courtice Arena, located at 1595 Prestonvale Road, Courtice!

The site now features two new tennis courts, an outdoor fitness area, multi-skills court and paved walkways to the off-leash dog park. The new outdoor fitness area is the first of its kind in Clarington and was funded in part by the Government of Canada Healthy Communities Initiative. It’s built on an accessible rubberized surface and is suitable for people using wheelchairs and other mobility aids.

In addition to checking-out the new amenities, residents are invited to enjoy an afternoon jam-packed with free family fun, including:

• Ribbon-cutting with the Mayor and Councillors at 4 p.m.
