D.G. Biddle and Associates Ltd., on behalf of Whitepine Contractors Ltd. has submitted a subdivision and zoning by-law amendment application to permit the development of 25 single-detached units. The proposal also introduces a new local road which connects off of Hill Street, a stormwater pond, and a future park. The site area is approximately 8.7 hectares (21.5 acres).
A Statutory Public Meeting will be scheduled at a later date to present the proposal to the Planning and Development Committee and to hear feedback from the public. Please also note that comments on the proposal can be submitted at any time to the contact below.
