The Municipality of Clarington will be hosting its first-ever Black Vendor Village in honour of Black History Month.
It will be taking place on Saturday, February 24, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex, 2440 Highway 2, Bowmanville.

Clarington is reminding property owners to keep sidewalks and roads clear after a snowfall.
Sidewalks must be cleared within 24 hours after the snow stops falling. That 24-hour period is often the best time to play in fresh snow.
