Clarington June 23, 2020/- During a marathon Committee session culminating in a late-night Council meeting, Clarington Council passed an unprecedented financial support package for taxpayers and business owners negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham is advising residents and businesses in Newcastle and Newtonville of mandatory water restrictions during the extreme hot weather.
