Public Meeting: Aggregate Zoning By-Law Schedule Refinement

As required by the Clarington Official Plan, the Municipality of Clarington has initiated a Zoning By-law Amendment to refine the zoning of multiple aggregate pits.

Once an aggregate pit licence has been surrendered, revoked or its boundaries adjusted, the zoning must be revised to accurately reflect the licence. Notice of Study Completion: Port Granby Project End Use Transportation Network MCEA

The Municipality of Clarington has completed a Schedule ‘B’ Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA) to investigate how the local transportation network can best serve the community as the Port Granby Project enters end-use operations. The EA was completed in accordance with the Municipal Engineers Association’s Municipal Class EA document dated October 2000, as amended in 2007, 2011 and 2015.
